Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the enantiomer (-)-N-(2-ethoxyphenyl)-N'-(1,2,2-trimethylpropyl)-2-nitroethene-1,1-di amine, a process for its preparation and the use thereof as a medicament which affects nervous and neuroendocrine disorders, including cerebral ischaemia, irritant damage, stroke, dementia and epilepsy, but without being restricted to these. Potential uses at higher concentrations include angina, hypertension, urinary incontinence, loss of hair, asthma, peripheral vascular disorders, cardiac arrhythmias, myocardial ischaemia, sexual dysfunction and inflammations.
