METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PACKING CUP-SHAPED CONTAINER

PURPOSE:To provide packing using a commonly used thermoshrinkable film which is prominent in airtightness on a line of an automatic packing machine (in the case of in-line), and easy to peel off in use. CONSTITUTION:Deairing small holes are formed in a plurality of lines successively in a thermoshrinkable film 2 which is rolled out of a feeding roll 12 by a deairing small hole forming roll 22 with a hole making needle 24. At the same time, a beltlike closing tape 4 is supplied to abut on the rearside of the part where the deairing holes are formed, and further a cutting-in roll 42 having an opening cutter 46 is pressed against a part excluding the part where the deairing small holes are formed. By this, opening cuttings are engraved at a regular interval, a tape base for label board which comprises opening labels 5 and a beltlike board 6 on which the opening labels 5 are pasted detachably at a regular interval is supplied, a label is sticked to an engraved place, a cup-shaped container A is fed at a regular interval and packed with the thermoshrinkable film 2, an opening part of a film package is sealed and then heated.
