MANUFACTURE OF MOLDING AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a molding and a device wherein the whole of a molding having an upper molding and right and left side molding with different sectional shapes can be molded in series by changing a sectional shape of an extrusion opening of an extrusion mold. CONSTITUTION:In right and left side moldings, an extrusion opening formed in an extrusion mold so as to have a head part 6, a thick expanded part 5, a leg part 7, and a support extruding piece 9 is enlarged. In order to form a recess 8 for discharging rainwater on the side part of the thick expanded part 5, a part of the thick expanded part in the enlarged extrusion opening is blocked. Extrusion molding is performed by separating a synthetic resin at the blocked part from a synthetic resin of a molding so as to free it. In an upper molding, the extrusion opening is contracted so as to have only the head part, the leg part, and the support extruding piece. Continuous extrusion is performed by separating the excessive synthetic resin at the contracted part from the synthetic resin of the molding so as to free it.
