PURPOSE:To surely supply powder to a pen point by the turning of an operation knob by relatively rotating a storage tube storing powder and a spiral body having a continuous spiral inclined surface, successively guiding the powder to the front, and supplying the powder to the pen point. CONSTITUTION:The pen point 22 is inclined downward, the operation knob 28 is turned by the tips of fingers against a barrel 21, and the storage tube 23 fixed to the operation knob 28 is simultaneously turned. Meanwhile, since the powder stored in the storage tube 23 previously moves, by its own weight, to the front small-bore part 25 of the storage tube 23, the powder is turned along with the turning of the storage tube 23. In this case, the powder is successively guided to the front by the spiral inclined surface 27 of a stationary spiral body 26 while the movement by its own weight is controlled, discharged from the front opening of the storage tube 6, and sent to the pen point 5 through a hole 24. A desired amt. of the powder is surely supplied to the pen point in this way by appropriately turning the operation knob.
