In addition, A changing magazine 17 to store a plurality of tools 18 movable in the second transfer direction 19 which is fitted for change in the machine side magazine 11 or removed from the machine side magazine 11 for change is provided. A delivering device 21 for tool change is provided between the machine side magazine 11 and the changing magazine 17. The first and second transfer directions 13, 19 are opposite to each other.
