Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To effectively separate or remove a cell from a liq. contg. the cell by bringing the liq. into contact with a cell absorber obtained by immobilizing denatured protein on a water-insoluble carrier. CONSTITUTION:Lysozyme, etc., are denatured by the high-temp. treatment or reducing agent treatment, and the obtained denatured protein is immobilized on a water-insoluble carrier (e.g. plastic beads) by an ionic bond, etc. The cell absorber thus obtained is brought into contact with a cell-contg. liq. Consequently, a cell (e.g. leucocyte) is effectively separated or removed from a a liq. contg. the cell (e.g. blood).
