The voltage is applied on the positive side of the load circuit 3. The current, which has passed through the load circuit 3, is fed back to the DD 2 again. For example, when the potential of both electrodes of the DC power supply 1 is made to be V1 and the potential stepped up with the DD 2 is made to be V2, the potential difference V3 between the positive output of the DD 2 and the unstepped-up input is expressed by V2-V1. Thus, the balance of the potential is kept at a point (c). In this way, the load circuit 3 is operated by the same way as in the conventional circuit.
