Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To display to an operator in an easily identifying shape by displaying an operation apparatus for avoiding an event as guide message on a display unit at the time of satisfying operation impossible conditions in the case of inputting.disconnecting a power system apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The power system monitor control system comprises a power system state memory 20 for storing power system state information to be sent from a remote monitor controller 1, a display data editor 22, an operation propriety information memory 21, a screen output processor 23, a screen input processor 24, etc. The system particularly comprises a guide message editor 25 for deciding an operation possible apparatus from power system state information and operation propriety information to input it to the processor 23 as a message. In the case of inputting.disconnecting an apparatus of the power system, the apparatus for avoiding this event at the time of satisfying the operation impossible conditions displays the apparatus as guide message on a display unit. Accordingly, the operation possible apparatus of the power system to be an object is recognized from a CRT 30 and can be operated.
