CONNECTING STRUCTURE BETWEEN MICROWAVE MODULES

PURPOSE:To provide a small coupling loss and further to almost eliminate fluctuating the coupling loss even when a microwave module is mounted and removed, relating to a connecting structure between the microwave modules. CONSTITUTION:A device comprises metal pillars 40 opposed to be protruded from case side walls of both microwave medules, microstrip lines 50 formed on a bottom surf ace of a notched part 42 and on a tilt surface of a wedge- shaped protrusive part running in the axial direction of the metal pillar 40 and removable coupling means consisting of external/internal thread members engaged respectively with the metal pillars 40. The first microwave module 1 with a case bottom plate 11 in the lower side and the second microwave module 2 with a case bottom plate 21 in the upper side are combined, and in a constitution, by screwing the external/internal thread members, front end faces of both large diameter parts 41 are brought into contact, and also tilt surfaces of both the microstrip lines 50 are placed into close contact with a strip conductor 55 into contact.
