CONSTITUTION:An industrial vehicle comprises a fender 1 arranged above wheels 21 on both sides of frame 2, and an engine room 20 formed between the frames 2. The fender 1 is composed of a hollow body having an air intake port 10 and an air suction port 11 opened toward the engine room 20. This constitution increases an air intake amount, improves cooling efficiency, simplifies structure, and forms a duct in a compact state.
