ONLINE TRANSMISSION/RECEPTION CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To efficiently display, print and preserve received data at the least line rate with a simple operation without making a user be conscious of the complicated operation of line connection/disconnection on an online transmission/ reception control system using a public line. CONSTITUTION:A conversation device 3 with the user, a storage means including a film A storing extracted situation catalogue data, a file B storing document catalogue data and a file C storing document data and a control means 5 controlling the online transmission/reception and controlling the display of data are provided. The control means 5 is provided with a means 5A which automatically connects the line, transmits a command and disconnects the line in accordance with the content of data for respective document units which the user requets. The means 5A fetches document data on an extracted situation catalogue, a corresponding document catalogue and documents into the respective files of the storage means.
