CONSTITUTION:With respect to a first arm and a second arm each for driving a first vane 6a and a second vane 6b accomodated in a pair of parallely disposed blow-off outlets, the first arm 13a and the third arm 13b are fixed, located at the upper portion oppositely to a rotary shaft 6c of the vane 6a and located at the lower portion on the same side as that of a rotary shaft 6d of the vane 6b, respectively.
