Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a structure for facilitating the mounting of a heat- exchanger to side supports with out using screws. CONSTITUTION:A mounting structure is adapted for a heat-exchanger 1 having a heat-exchanger main body 4, an upper header pipe 5, a lower header pipe 6 and supporting boards 11, 12, right and left, which respectively support edges at the right and left sides of the heat-exchanger main body 4 and are attached to an air conditioner. The construction is so composed that the supporting board 11 at the right side has a fastening part 111, with which edge parts 16, 17 at the right sides of the upper header pipe 5 and the lower header pipe 6 are respectively held and fastened, and that the supporting board 12 at the left side has a fastening part 121, with which edge parts 18, 19 at the left sides of the upper header pipe 5 and the lower header pipe 6 are respectively held and fastened.
