Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To miniaturize and reduce the weight of the title device by shallowing the depth of a choke groove formed along the whole periphery of the circumference of a door. CONSTITUTION:A conductive member 5, covering the opening section of a groove 3b provided along the whole periphery of the peripheral rim section of a door 1, formed between an inside plate 2d in the L-shape bent section 2a of a door frame 2 and the side peripheral piece 3a of a door cover 3, is provided. A supporting piece 5c, having a hight arriving at the bottom of the groove 3b and continued along the whole periphery of the peripheral rim section of the door 1, is provided at one side of the width direction of the conductive member 5.
