Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a waste incinerator which enables burning of wastes better in stable condition without requiring any pretreatment such as crushing treatment even when the wastes varied in shape and nature are mixed. CONSTITUTION:A furnace floor is arranged to build a staircase type stoker 11 on the side of a waste supply port 2 and a fluidized layer 15 on the side of a port 3 for discharging incineration residues. Waste 10 is burned and dried with the stoker 11 and further burning is performed on the fluidized layer 15.
