ORDERLY WINDING METHOD OF WIRE MATERIAL AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To wind up a wire material of various diameters on a bobbin of a fixed dimension at a specific pitch so that the interval between the winding end of the winding wire and a collar on the winding end side may be 1/2 of the wire diameter and, in addition, to prevent slippage of the winding wire in the lower layer even if the winding wire is wound in the upper layer. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a feeding means to feed a wire material 3 to a bobbin 1, a rotation means 26 to rotate the bobbin 1 in the circumferential direction, a traversal means 27 to traverse the bobbin 1 in a back and forth direction along a bobbin rotary shaft 5a and a controlling means 25 to control said means. When the interval between both collars is L, the diameter of the wire material 3 is D and number of wounds around the bobbin 1 is 'n', the control means 25 winds the wire material 3 on the bobbin 1 with a winding pitch P so that the first wound end of each winding wire layer may come in contact with the collar on the first wound end side and that it may leave an interval of D/2 between the collar on the last wound side and the last wound wire material 3 based on the winding pitch P, the number of wounds 'n' and the interval D/2 between the collar on the winding end side which are found by P=(L-D/2)/n.
