AUTOMATED WAREHOUSE FOR PALLET

PURPOSE:To simplify the whole structure by constituting box bodies capable of receiving pallets on a plurality of upper and lower stages to be housed in a plurality of hosing spaces on the shelves and constituting a taking-in and -out device traveling in front of the shelves to deliver a single pallet and stock and deliver the box body. CONSTITUTION:A frame-like shelf 2 is constituted to have a plurality of housing spaces 5 laterally by struts 3 and cross arm 4 or the like. Box bodies 30 capable of receiving pallets 25 on a plurality of upper and lower stages can be supported through the cross arm 4 in the respective housing spaces 5. A taking-in and -out device 15 is provided to travel on a fixed on a fixed path in a path 6 having shelves 2, 2 disposed in parallel on both sides. A carriage 17 guided to be vertically moved along posts 13 are provided between a pair of posts 13 in the front and rear of the carriage and a taking-in and -out device 18 is provided on the carriage 17 to be moved in and out of the carriage. The taking-in and -out device 18 can be operated below a base body 31 of the box body 30 or below a desired pallet 25 to transport the box body 30 or pallet 25.
