Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the title device capable of selectively sucking only lightweight matter by whirling up the lightweight matter present on a surface to be sucked by the turbulent air due to a turblent air generating means to selectively suck the same by the wind in a first direction due to the turblent air generating means. CONSTITUTION:In a lightweight matter selective sucking device 10, a propeller 22 is rotated to generate a wind in the direction sucking air from a suction port 20 as a whole to mix clockwise air streams and the air stream in a sucking direction is generated in a part of a certain region in the vicinity of the suction port 20 of a suction duct 18 and the air stream in a part of the other region is generated in the opposite direction and these air streams are mixed to generate turbulent air. This turbulent air whirls up the lightweight matter on a surface to be sucked and also stirrs the vicinity of the surface to be sucked to whirl up the lightweight matter embedded in the surface to be sucked. The lightweight matter whirled up by turbulent air is almost sucked into the suction duct 18.
