WELDING TORCH WITH OSCILLATION MECHANISM

PURPOSE:To oscillate the tip of a wire with the movement of the axial center of an eccentric roller by disposing the eccentric roller and an oscillating member which can be oscillated by a prescribed width in a welding torch. CONSTITUTION:A roller 13 fixing a rotating axial center and an eccentric roller 12 having a moving axial center which is rotated while holding a delivered welding wire 15 therebetween are provided on the inner part of a consumable electrode arc welding torch and interlocked with the eccentric roller 12. A passage for the welding wire 15 is constituted in the inner part and the oscillating member 11 having the construction which is oscillated by a prescribed width arround a supporting axis 10 as a center provided on a set place between the eccentric roller 12 and the tip part of a welding nozzle 9 is provided. Thus, the axial center of the eccentric roller 12 is moved in accordance with the delivery of the welding wire 15, the oscillating members 11 are oscillated by a prescribed width and the tip of the welding wire 15 can be oscillated.
