Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To increase the cable cross-sectional area, and to increase an allowable load by arranging cutouts in the major axis direction in an outside covering part of a sleeve of a pipeline, and introducing a cable into these cutouts in the subject crude oil mining pipeline connected to a turbopump. CONSTITUTION: A mining pipe 3 is arranged in a lining pipe 2 for supporting a boring hole to base rock 1 to be connected to an upper mining pipe by a sleeve 4. Cutouts 12 are formed in the major axis direction in an outside covering part of this sleeve 4, and a cable 11 connected to an electric motor of a turbopump 6 is introduced. These cutouts 12 are formed by three pieces 12, 12a, 12b, and are dislocated at an interval of 120 degrees to be formed in the whole sleeve 4. Thus, the cable 11 for a three-phase alternating current can be introduced by the respectively separated cutouts 12.
