Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for the transporting flow of a pressure medium during a ram stroke off a drawing range and simultaneously to enable the transition which is flexible and silent as far as possible even before the start of a drawing process and to enable the working stroke regulatable with a small amount of oil flow or without oil flow at all and the flexible and silent transition upon arrival at the upper tenninal position of a drawing device. CONSTITUTION: Interlock coupling or friction coupling type mechanical devices 7 and 11 for pressing a work 19 for connection to a punch 2 by regulating the position of force transmission elements 3 during the drawing work are arranged within the force flux between the power transmission means on the outer side of the press forming die of the blank holding device of a single action press arranged with the force transmission elements 3 for generating the force flux of opposite holding force between the punch 2 and the die 21.
