Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To safely exchange a charging type battery by providing a connector base with a supporting structure provided with two contact elements, electrically connecting the battery and a contact pin when the supporting structure is attached to an appliance and interrupting connection when it is detached from the appliance. CONSTITUTION: A dry type shaving device is provided with a housing structure to which a shaving head is attached and a cup-like housing part 2 is freely attachably and detachably attached to the end part of the counter shaving head side. A rectangular opening is formed at the bottom wall of the housing part 2 and the connector base 17 surrounding the two contact pin 15 and 16 integrated with a housing frame 7 is made freely fittable in it. The two charging type batteries are housed inside the housing structure, the electric circuits are connected to terminal lugs 27 and 28 and the contact elements 72 and 73 arranged on the inner side of the housing part 2 are made freely connectable to the respective terminal lugs 27 and 28 and the terminal lugs 110 and 111 connected to the contact pins 15 and 16.
