Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a rational rice cooker fro improving the quality of rice cooking by promoting the circulation of rice cooking so as to more reduce the non-uniformity of rice cooking and getting close to the state of cooking rice in the fluctuation of a cooking stove. CONSTITUTION:This rice cooker is provided with a means for continuing power spectra for the change of heat generating quantity and the temperature change of an inner pot caused by this change at a specified frequency at least similarly to the fluctuation of the cooking stove. A control parameter for heating is decided by a retroactive means composed of basic rules just like calculating the next data from the preceding data. Thus, a fractal time sequence is provided and chaos action is provided so that a spectrum exponent beta which is the gradient when the power spectrum is in inverse proportion to the frequency can be defined with a high correlative coefficient.
