SELECTING DEVICE OF RUSH HARVESTER

PURPOSE:To increase a discharged treated amount of rush without reducing discharge efficiency in releasing action on waste rush and without bringing about extreme improvement of structure by noticing an empty region in the interior of a discharging drum. CONSTITUTION:In a selecting device of a rush harvester constituted in a such a way that reaped rushes being held and transported at the rush foot side are combed at a part closer to a rush foot than a holding part by a great number of holding pawls 16 attached to an endless rotary chain 15 wound between a front and a rear sprockets 14 to remove waste rushes and, at the end part in the combing direction, the waste rushes are discharged out of the machine by a pair of discharging drums revolved by transmission of powder from a driving shaft 17 of the sprocket 14 at the rear side, a revolving speed increasing mechanism C is laid between the driving shaft 17 and the discharging drum 18a and the revolving speed increasing mechanism C is arranged inside the discharging drum 18a.
