Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a switching branch board in which a plurality of incoming lines and a plurality of outgoing lines can be jointed positively through simple operation at arbitrary inrersections thereof. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 46 of an incoming line is connected with a terminal piece 40 at each of four incoming line terminal sections 23, for example. Each of conductors 65, 66 of an outgoing line in a connecting mechanism 60 is connected with a terminal piece 55 at each of six outgoing line terminal sections 27, for example. The connecting mechanisms 60 are the same in number as the outgoing line terminal sections 27 and located above groups of incoming line conductors 46 while intersecting them. The connecting mechanism 60 is elongated in the direction of the outgoing line while comprising a rod body 62 incorporating the outgoing conductors 65, 66, and a body 63 sliding thereon. The sliding body 63 has upper and lower ends provided, respectively, with vertical conductor pins 73, 74 which can contact the outgoing line conductors 65, 66 and each incoming line conductor 46, respectively. When the sliding body 63 slides to a desired intersection and the rod body 62 is lowered, a corresponding incoming line conductor 46 (incoming line 22) is connected with the outgoing line conductors 65, 66 (outgoing line 25) through the conductor pins 73, 74 at that intersection.
