Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a compact and light-weight RF modulator which can stabilize its peformance at low cost by decreasing the numbers of parts and adjusting items. CONSTITUTION:The circuits of an RF modulator existing in a range covering from the input stage till the RF output stage for video signals and audio signals are included in a one-chip IC 1. A main carrier oscillator coil 32 is formed on a printed circuit board in a strip line. The video modulated circuit and audio modulator circuit included in the IC 1 is defined as the balanced AM modulator circuits. The coil 32 interposes a temperature compensating circuit Tc to stabilize the temperature characteristic of oscillation frequency. In such an IC construction, such characteristics as the buzz characteristic, the intra-band spurious characteristic, etc., are improved. Furthermore the deviation of video/ audio ratio is extremely reduced and no adjustment is realized for the RF modulator.
