HA SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To provide an HA(home automation) system on which absence display can be immediately performed when a presence/absence switch is set by connecting prescribed digital corresponding equipment to the extension telephone network of a digital private branch exchange. CONSTITUTION:The digital corresponding home controller 3 of a residence receiving a call from a digital corresponding lobby telephone set 1 connected to the extension of the digital private branch exchange 2 checks the state of the presence/absence switch 4. When it shows absence. a prescribed signal is returned to the telephone set 1. The telephone set 1 immediately outputs the display of absence when receiving the prescribed signal. Therefore, it is possible to provide the HA system without making a visitor await and capable of performing the absence display when the switch is set by calling a visiting destination on the telephone set 1 by the visitor.
