AGITATING VANE

PURPOSE:To improve dispersion performance with small driving power for agitation by providing the mounting bosses mounted to a revolving shaft with beams, forming the sectional shapes of these beams to streamlined shapes and providing intermediate blades mounted to the beams between the front end blades mounted to the front ends of the beams and the mounting bosses. CONSTITUTION:The agitating vanes 5 are constituted of the mounting bosses 8 mounted to the revolving shaft 4 which is inserted into an agitating tank 1 and is freely rotated by a driving device 6, the beams 9 which are mounted at one end to the mounting bosses 8 and extend at the other end to the outer side of the revolving shaft 4 and the front end blades 10 mounted to the other ends of the beams 9. The sectional shapes of the beams 9 are formed to the streamlined shapes. The intermediate blades 11 mounted to the beams 9 are installed between the mounting bosses 8 and the front end blades 10. Consequently, the shearing area of the blades increases and, therefore, the dispersion performance is improved.
