Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To achieve assembly so that the spacing with a magnetic disk or the inner periphery of a spacing ring is constant over the entire periphery of a spindle hub for the method and device for manufacturing a magnetic device in a structure where the magnetic disk and the spacing ring are packaged alternately on the spindle hub. CONSTITUTION:In manufacturing a magnetic disk device where a magnetic disk 5 and a spacing ring 6 are packaged alternately on a spindle hub 3 by inserting the spindle hub 3 into the magnetic disk 5 and the spacing ring 6, the magnetic disk 5 and the spacing ring 6 are laminated alternately from the outside of a sleeve 10 while the spindle hub 3 is covered with the sleeve 10. Then, the sleeve 10 is pulled out and then the above magnetic disk 5 and the spacing ring 6 are fixed by the spindle hub 3, thus manufacturing the magnetic disk device.
