Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To more clearly identify the contents of a document by listening voice by relationally storing voice information corresponding to document infor mation. CONSTITUTION:When document information is inputted after instructing document preparation/edition through a keyboard 11, a CPU stores the document information in a document buffer 15a in a RAM 15. By specifying the input or output of voice information through the keyboard 11 in this state, the voice information can be inputted or outputted. Namely when voice information is inputted through a microphone 13 after instrucing the input of the voice information, the CPU stores the inputted voice information in a voice buffer 15b in the RAM 15. When the output of voice information is instructed, the CPU reads out the voice information stored at present in the buffer 15b and outputs the read information to a speaker 14 through a voice I/O circuit. Consequently the contents of a document can be more clearly identified by listening voice.
