Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To eliminate dismantling work with manual labor and to shorten the working time by drive-controlling a swing frame, lifting frame, bracket, tilting frame and slide frame each engaged on a supporting table and an air breaker fixed to these. CONSTITUTION:A dismantling device A is laid on a repairing carriage and after fixing, by travelling the carriage, the device A is shifted just below a circulating hole to be dismantled and the table on the carriage is lifted and the tip part of a chisel 19a is approached to the circulating hole. An XY table 12 is shifted, and by matching the swing center of the swing frame 13 to the center of the circulating hole, the bracket 15 is lifted and slid to match the chisel 19a to the dismantling position. After matching the angle of the air breaker 19 with a hydralic cylinder 16b in the tilting frame 16, while working the air breaker 19, the advancing/retreating movement is executed with a hydraulic cylinder 17b in the slide frame 17. After dismantling the lining, by lifting frame 14, the upper part is dismantled and by repeating this work, the lining to the upper part is dismantled.
