Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the device capable of indicating freshness of perishable food without directly measuring K value by calculating K value to show freshness of perishable food such as fish meat stored in the interior of the device by a K value computing means and manifesting the K value. CONSTITUTION:K value to show freshness of a perishable food 6 stored in refrigerator 1 is shown by an exponential function having the temperature of the perishable food by a temperature sensor 3 and the time elapsed from the beginning of the preservation as variables. A control part 7 is equipped with a K value computing means based on the calculating formula of the function to show the K value on an indicating panel 5.
