Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To smoothly send a metallic material from a heating furnace into a shearing machine and smoothly return the metallic material into the heating furnace. CONSTITUTION:A guide means 20 is provided between a heating furnace 1 and shearing machine 2. The heating furnace 1 side of the guide means 20 is supported vertically swingingly and a tongue piece 24 is provided on the opposite side to the heating furnace 1 of the guide means 20. When the guide means 20 is swung downward, the tongue piece 24 is fitted into a notched rugged part 27 formed in a recess 12a of the lower die 12 of the shearing machine 2 and when the guide means is swung upward, the tongue piece 24 is adapted to project above the recess 12a of the lower die 12.
