CONSTITUTION:The combination between all or parts of bits of a digital signal converted from a voice signal and number of output terminals of a coding means outputting signal from the number corresponding to the parts or all of the bits varies with an elapsed time. Then the operating time of plural switching power amplifiers 16 connecting to the output terminals of the coding means and amplifying a carrier signal modulated by the voice signal is uniformized.
