CONSTITUTION:A phone 1 is formed by intruding a linear lead 3 whose diameter is 0.1-1mm, having a relatively large loss factor and whose specific gravity is large, into an epoxy resin 2 with a large loss factor. As for the rate, the epoxy resin 2 is 85% by weight, and the lead 3 is 15% by weight.
