Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve connecting strength, between claw holding parts and latching claws, and easily latches the latching claws to partner members by light force, by enlarging the bending supporting points of the latching claws. CONSTITUTION:In a halved plate for an automobile, a L-shaped claw holding part 4 is integrally formed on the back surface of a plastic-made cover plate 3 covering the opening part 2 of an interior panel 1. Latching claws 5, latched to the back surface of the interior panel 1, are protrudedly provided outwardly on the broad width parts 4a of the claw holding parts 4. L-shaped slits 6, for giving flexibility to the latching claws 5, are formed on the periphery of the latching claws 5. Flexibility keeping pieces 7 are provided on part of the broad width part 4a by the slits 6. Concurrently with the latching claws 5 in fitting, the flexibility keeping pieces 7 are bent inward on the periphery of an axis line passing both the ends of the slits 6.
