Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To prevent water components from flowing out in driving of an anchor rod and to secure sufficient holding force by housing mineral mortar and water components adjusted by thixotropic media sealed in an inner container in a cartridge. CONSTITUTION: A cartridge 3 made of glass is inserted in a bore 1 of a structure 2. An inner container 4 made of glass is provided in the cartridge 3, water components 5 are sealed in the container 4, and the water components 5 are concentrated by thixotropic media, for instant, exothermic silic acid such as amorphous into paste. Mineral mortar 6 is filled as a second component of a binder in the outer cartridge 3. Since an anchor rod 7 is screwed to the approximately bottom part of the bore, the cartridge 3 and the inner container 4 are broken, and the components of the binder are completely mixed with glass fragments. After the binder is hardened, the anchor rod 7 is immovably connected in the bore 1 of the structure 2.
