Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of an ignitor, miniaturize it, reduce its weight, and improve its reliability. CONSTITUTION:Main igniter 1 is filled in a cylindrical case 2 having fire holes 3. Auxiliary igniter 4 is arranged by being filled in a holder 5 adjacently to the main igniter 1. A supporting housing 11 is arranged in a housing 7 connected to the case 2, and a flash light source 12 is supported in the supporting housing 11. The light source 12 is positioned opposing to the auxiliary igniter 4, and a light passage is formed from the light source 12 to the auxiliary igniter 4. An opening/closing plate 13 is positioned in this light passage, and supported rotatably to a torque motor 14. The light passage is shut out by the opening/ closing plate 13 in safe condition. On the other hand, in arm condition, the opening/closing plate 13 is rotated so as to open the light passage. When the auxiliary igniter 4 is ignited in this arm condition, the main igniter 1 is burnt so as to operate an ignitor.
