Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the strength and workability by a method wherein facing materials such as mosaic tiles are fixed to the surface of a mortar board while form-supporting ribs are provided to the reverse side thereof, and concrete is placed, using the mortar board as a permanent form. CONSTITUTION:Tiles 10, stuck to a belt-like synthetic resin mesh sheet, and mortar, to which ribs equipped with grooves in upside-down T shape section are provided, are stuck together and are formed as a unit by extrusion molding. Then, a form for placement of concrete made up as mentioned above is set to the outside of reinforcements 16, and T bolts 21 for supporting the form are anchored to the inside of the groove of the ribs and as occasion demands, lining is made with heat insulating materials 17. Sleeves 22 are screwed down onto the bolts 21, and the tips of tie rods 18 penetrating through an inner form 19 are screwed down onto the sleeves. Tubes 24 are attached through ring washers 25 to the ends of the tie rods 18 that project beyond the inner form 19. After the tubes are fixed with nuts 26, concrete 30 is placed to the inside of the form. Thereby the form can be erected easily, and strength and joining efficiency can be improved while separation of the facing material can be prevented.
