Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To effectively control production of gray fabric and stock of gray fabric on condition that a raw yarn is supplied. CONSTITUTION:A computer providing a master file for production of gray fabric in which information of raw yarn used for production of gray fabric is recorded and raw yarn scheduling file in which stock of raw yarn is recorded is used. Data of desired gray fabric is inputted and producers of gray fabric and data of required raw yarn are searched. Raw yarn satisfying these conditions is temporarily pulled down from the stock and inquiry document of gray fabric quotation in which raw yarn delivering schedule, etc., is described is prepared. The inquiry document of the gray fabric is renewed by consultation with the producer and a purchase order and gray fabric delivery schedule are prepared. Separately, delivery schedule of the gray fabric is inputted and a gray fabric stock file in which estimated stock of the gray fabric is recorded by calendar day unit is prepared or renewed every grade number. Thereby, accurate production of the gray fabric containing procurement of raw yarn is made possible.
