Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To remotely detect that a subject is in an unexpected situation and then to take quick and proper measures by recognizing abnormalities from information from a sensor for detecting information, and then transmitting a signal indicating abnormality and an audible sound. CONSTITUTION:Information detected by a sensor 7 is amplified and converted to a judging mode and transmitted to a judging/transmitting portion. An abnormality level conforming to the physical conditions of a subject is set in the judging/transmitting portion. When the amount of information detected by the sensor 7 is judged as exceeding that level, beams of certain frequency are continuously transmitted and also an electronic buzzer is continuously actuated. Even if no abnormality is recognized from the dynamic information from the sensor 7, a beam can be transmitted at the push of a transmission command push button 4 and the electronic buzzer can be actuated in the event that the subject loses control of his or her body because of some trouble and requests first aid on the spot.
