Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To satisfy the design specification such as the frequency variable range composed by using a chip device and phase changed amount, etc., by constituting a circuit by using a strip line on which a varactor diode is directly mounted. CONSTITUTION:This circuit is provided with a strip line 15 on which a varactor diode 17 is directly mounted and an equivalent strip line length for which the capacitance of the varactor diode 17 of the strip line 15 is taken into consideration is controlled by the installation location on the strip line 15 of the varactor diode 17 and/or the impression voltage of the varactor diode 11. At this stage, if the only capacitance Cv of the varactor diode 17 and the capacitance C1 of a strip line 18 are taken into consideration in the equivalent circuit of the strip line 15 having a release terminal, DELTAC1 becomes small when C1 is large and DELTAC1 becomes large when C1 is small in the changed amount of synthetic capacitance C1 for Cv. Namely, the line length for which the capacitance of the diode 17 is taken into consideration can be controlled by the installation location on the strip line 15 of the varactor diode 17.
