Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To prevent a lubricating oil from flowing from an oil reservoir provided below a base part of a transmission case for a transmission having a planetary gear structure to a rotating transmission part through the transmission case opened downward. CONSTITUTION: An oil reservoir 58 is provided below a base part 11 of a transmission case 10, and the range 23 of an inner space of the case 10 for housing a rotating transmission part is partitioned by a case inner part 28 constituted as an intermediate bottom from the range 24 of a case inner space to be divided by the base part 11 opened downward in the attached state. A case expanded part 36 having a wall surface 34 having an opening 32 of an outflow hole 29 for lubricating oil to be discharged from the rotating transmission part starts from a point 38 on a cylindrical inner wall 39 of the cylindrical case outer part 28 positioned ahead of the opening 32 of the outflow hole 29 in relation to the forward rotation direction 40 of the rotating transmission part so as to be spirally extended away from the case longitudinal axis 22-22.
