Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To prevent damage or accidents caused by voids by, when assembling a nozzle assembly to a motor case, applying a silicon sealant over contact surfaces of heat resistant members to carry out primary assembly and removing the voids in the silicon sealant under vacuum to carry out secondary assembly. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical motor case 1 has at its inner periphery surface a heat resistant member 7 and also has at its rear end a flange 8 having a plurality of bolt fastening holes 8a. On the other hand, a nozzle assembly 2 has at its inner periphery surface a heat resistant member 7' and at its front end a flange 12 having a plurality of bolt-inserting holes 12a for fastening of bolts 11, and also has at its outer periphery surface a plurality of O-rings 9 and 10. In assembling the motor case 1 and the nozzle assembly 2 with the above-mentioned construction, first, a silicon sealant 13 is applied over contact surfaces of the heat resistant members 7 and 7'b so as to carry out primary assembly by fastening the bolts for disassembly. Next, voids in the silicon sealant 13 are removed under vacuum, and the high-tension bolts 11 are fastened to carry out secondary assembly. |
