ACCURACY CONTROL SYSTEM OF COKING COKE BLENDING IN OPERATION CONTROL OF COKE OVEN

PURPOSE:To conduct the blending accuracy control optimized for each brand of coking coal having been subjected to crushing treatment in conducting the centralized control of operations, ranging from the reception of coking coal of various brands to the production and shipment of coke, using computers. CONSTITUTION:Coking coals divided by brand 1102 having been subjected to a crushing treatment 1102 are blended after the water content of each batch of crushed coking coal is measured with a water-content measuring means 1121. The water content data are input to a process computer 1131 to calculate the water content of a coal blend being produced on real-time base and to adjust the blending ratio. Thus, blending of crushed coking coal is enabled at a blending ratio in accordance as far as possible with the designed blending ratio, and the centralized control of blending accuracy of crushed coking coal with the computer 1131 is realized using a data table 1151 including measurement results.
