Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable the centralized control of operations ranging from reception of coking coal to production and shipment of coke. CONSTITUTION:A dispersed control system is applied to production of coke and operation of a coke oven in order to make base plans for production and shipment of coke and for reception of coking coal on the basis of sales information based on demand for coke per month of each user and supply information of coking coal from each coal mine. The plans are communicated to a production control section of a coke plant, directing shipment of coke and reception of coking coal. The control section makes production control plans for a specified period and for everyday, carrying out crushing and blending of coking coal and running of the coke oven under computer control while controlling amts. of coal and coke stored in cooperation with production sections including crushing and blending sections. Thus. the centralized control of operation is realized.
