Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a helmet capable of being efficiently massproduced and markedly improved in protecting action in relation to the wt. thereof and the thickness of the semispherical part thereof and a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: This helmet has an outside helmet semispherical part having an upholstered shell structure. The outside helmet semispherical part has a layer comprising a thermoplastic synthetic material and at least one layer comprising a reinforcing fiber and these two layers are heated to temp. equal to or higher than the m.p. of the synthetic material and together deeply drawn to be molded in a semispherical shape.
