SPRAY GUN CAP

PURPOSE:To prevent the deposition of a paint around the paint injection hole in a spray gun cap. CONSTITUTION:A part 10a expanding from the inside toward outside is provided to the injection hole 10 from which a paint is atomized by the air pressure furnished in a cap main body 5, air injection holes 17 and 18 are provided around the hole 10 to inject air toward the paint to promote the paint atomization, and the injection area of the injection hole 17 close to the hole 10 is made larger than that of the injection hole 18 away from the hole 10. By this constitution, the gas injected from the paint injection hole is steadily injected to the outside from the main body 1 along the expanding part 10a. Since the energy of the gas injected from a position close to the hole 10 is larger than that of the gas injected from a position away from the hole 10, the atomized paint is kept apart from the hole, and the paint is not deposited around the hole.
