Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To secure anastomosis between tissues by improving the strength of a leg part without deteriorating the sticking performance to the tissue by shaping at least a part of a suture tool for surgery made of resin material through extension. CONSTITUTION:A suture tool for surgery is constituted of a fastener 1 having the cylindrical leg parts 2a and 2b having each pin-pointed top edge on a same plane, and a retainer 3 having the fixing holes 4a and 4b for fixing the leg parts 2a and 2b of the fastener 1. When the fastener 1 is shaped from a primary shaped article 5, the leg parts 2a and 2b of the primary shaped article 5 are heated between the glass transition point and the melting point of the resin, and then an upper base 6a and a lower base 6b are pulled in the longitudinal direction of the leg parts 2a and 2b. Accordingly, the strength in the axial direction of the leg parts 2a and 2b can be improved.
