FEEDING DEVICE OF NARROW PART INSPECTION SENSOR

PURPOSE:To provide a feeding device of a narrow part inspection sensor which can insert the inspecting sensor easily into a small gap of a double cylinder engaged via the minute gap. CONSTITUTION:A rotary stage 25 which is freely driven and rotated is mounted on a supporting stage 21. The rotary stage 25 supports a sliding stage 30 which can be freely moved by a slide cylinder 31 in a direction orthogonal to a direction of the rotary shaft. The sliding stage 30 is provided with a clamp cylinder 33 (rubber ring 36) which can clamp a thermal cylinder 17, and at the same time, the rotary stage 25 is provided with feeding rollers 51, 52 for moving a mounting plate 46 having an inspecting sensor 45 attached at the front end thereof, and a plate guide 53 for guiding the mounting plate 46 to a small gap between a pipe stage 14 and the thermal cylinder 17.
